Investigation on anti dumping of alloy steel bar launched by India
On September 22, 2017, the Indian Department of Commerce and Industry's Anti-dumping Department issued a public announcement that it should launch an anti-dumping investigation against the Straight Length Bars & Rods of Alloy Steel imported from China in response to its domestic industry application. The survey mainly involves products under the tariff code of 7228 of the Indian Customs. The products under investigation may also be imported under the 7214 or 7215 tax code. The investigation period is from April 2016 to March 2017. Stakeholders should submit their information to the Indian investigating authorities within 40 days from the filing date.
